Light White Chili

This is a yummy light take on white chili….great for summer!

 

2 1/2 lbs chicken breast
1 tbsp garlic

1 can green chilis
1 tbsp onion salt
2 tsp cumin
4 cups chicken broth
2 cans  white beans (whatever are your favorites!)
1 can chick peas

1 can black beans
1 can diced tomato
12-16 ounces frozen corn

Put chicken, broth and seasonings in crock pot on low heat for six hours. Add the remaining ingredients and continue cooking for an hour. Serve over rice.
