INGREDIENTS
- Cup Unsalted Raw Cashews (If you don't have a high speed blender, soak cashews overnight and drain before using)
- 4 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (about 1 Lemon)
- 3 Tablespoons Capers
- 2 Clove of Garlic
- 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 1/3 Cup Almond Milk
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 90 seconds or until it is smooth. It will get thicker when refriderated so you may want to reblend after a few hours and adjust the liquid the next time you make it.
