Dairy Free Creamy Ceasar Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  • Cup Unsalted Raw Cashews (If you don't have a high speed blender, soak cashews overnight and drain before using)
  • 4 Tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (about 1 Lemon)
  • 3 Tablespoons Capers
  • 2 Clove of Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 1/3 Cup Almond Milk

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 90 seconds or until it is smooth. It will get thicker when refriderated so you may want to reblend after a few hours and adjust the liquid the next time you make it.
